Mansfield Sonic has really went downhill..I spent 30$ an it was not to great..The service is good just the food is lacking..Need to be retrained on food prep..
The only reason I gave this place a single star is because the employee working the register was very sweet. She ensured my order was taken properly and was in the system correctly. When I received my food it had been sitting out for the last 40 minutes I learned this from the car hop as she apologized on repeat for the kitchens mistake. She informed me that they hadn't cooked for the last 40 minutes and it had been under a heater because they were cleaning. This establishment closes at 11 yet at 10:30 they shut the lights out on us and told us they were closing IE trying to leave early. When I went and asked for a refund or for my food to be made over for me at 10:20 I was told I could speak with the district manager as she was working tonight. She told me she cooked those corn dogs herself and pulled them out of the fryer right before they were brought to me you could definitely tell the corn dog had been there for a while it was Rubbery and cold to the touch. When I asked for them to be remade they came out burnt because she has no respect for her customers. If this is the district manager I will not be stopping into any Sonic through Arkansas again. Sonic can think your blond rude of a district manager. Who worked tonight in Mansfield. Look at the pictures I posted would you really want to eat food that she had made?

I ordered a chicken dinner with fries and I got tots. I ordered a chili dog but had them only put cheese on it, no chili, specifically saying that I wanted that, but they gave me a chili dog with chili and cheese. My father wanted a chicken dinner and they told him that they didn't serve toast and gravy with it anymore, so he changed his order. Then, I got a chicken dinner and they had gravy and toast in it. The chicken tenders are mostly breading in some places, and where there's less chicken, it's stiff and difficult to chew.
Food is wrong most of the time and taste like grease. They take forever to make your food and it's not hot. People have bad attitudes
